GEMLCA legacy code repository for the P-GRADE NGS portal

Website: >>http://www.cpc.wmin.ac.uk/ngsportal

The latest edition of the P-GRADE NGS portal, extended with a legacy code repository through GEMLCA is now open to the UK NGS community at >>http://gngs-portal.cpc.wmin.ac.uk:8080 You can log in to the portal with your P-GRADE NGS Portal account.

The new portal, besides the previous functionalities like job/workflow execution and visualisation, offers NGS users the capability to publish their codes in the GEMLCA repository as a service that can be accessed by other authorised users. Once published, the codes can be executed or included in complex workflow applications by simply selecting the application and setting actual parameter values. As a result, code owners and developers can offer codes as services for other users ensuring that the code is working on the particular NGS resource.

For more information, visit the portal website at >>http://www.cpc.wmin.ac.uk/ngsportal
